I’m Meg, an art teacher 👩🏻‍🏫 turned designer 👩🏻‍💻 I enjoy the challenge of making the web more enjoyable to use for everyone - because we could all be more connected 👯‍♀️

MY Values

GOOD DESIGN comes from collaboration.

Rather than just creating things that look good, I think of design as a problem-solving process that can (and should) involve stakeholders and users. Increased collaboration can lead to more well-rounded designs that consider various perspectives. Early involvement can also iron out potential roadblocks before developers get involved.

user-centered products with business in mind.

Everything has an impact, and it’s important to see where. As a designer I am a user advocate, but user needs will not always work perfectly with products needs. Being aware about this give and take relationship allows me to be realistic and solution-oriented.

LIFE LONG LEARNer.

Technology is always shifting and evolving which means I need to be too. I stay up to date with the latest in the design world via industry articles and newsletters, YouTube, and online communities.

KEEPING A HUMAN TOUCH IN A DIGITAL WORLD.

Convenience shouldn’t come at the cost of connection. It is important to me that a digital landscape stays inclusive and empathetic, empowering users with each interaction.
